Embossing
A technology to emboss the can body with inner and outer molds.
It can be applied to TULC and DWI cans.
Features
- Embossing can be placed at a certain spot on the can surface, or can be applied to the entire can surface with the same pattern.
- The embossing can be registered (aligned in terms of positioning) with printed graphics.
- Some types of emboss patterns can create eye-catching decoration with light reflection.
Beaded Can
Can strength can be enhanced by applying beads on the can sidewall.
Its concave shape offers additional advantage of easy-to- grip and easy-to-handle features over non-beaded cans.
This process is applicable to TULC.
